Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 1-3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During high-volume periods, such as holidays or special sales events, processing may take longer. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.


2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping methods for domestic orders, which may include:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days (available for urgent orders).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size of your order. You will be able to review your shipping options and associated costs before completing your purchase.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays in processing your order. Snacks Shop is not responsible for shipping delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect address details provided during checkout.


4. Free Shipping Offers

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders. Free shipping typically applies to orders over a specified amount (e.g., $50 or more), and the promotion will be reflected in your shopping cart or at checkout. Please note that free shipping may not apply to expedited shipping methods, and exclusions may apply depending on the promotion.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment and get updates on its delivery. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the notification.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues. Snacks Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been handed over to them.
