
Refund and Returns Policy

At Snacks Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds in accordance with this policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand your rights and our process for handling returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items that are:
- Unopened and in their original, unused condition.
- Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- In the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Non-returnable items include:
- Food items or snacks once opened.
- Gift cards or downloadable content.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number and return address.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds will be issued to the same PayPal account used for the transaction.
- Gift Card Payments: Refunds will be issued as a store credit.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted product and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@snacksshop.click with the following:
- A description of the damage or defect.
- Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable).
- Your order number.
We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by Snacks Shop.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check your bank or credit card statement. If the refund is still not reflected, contact your payment provider or bank for assistance. If you still have questions, reach out to us at info@snacksshop.click.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
